It's no secret
that the WWRE's solutions have already created significant cost
savings: the WWRE has saved its members over $500 million to date
and the average savings per event is approximately 10-15%. However,
when analyzing its results, the WWRE found that only a portion
of its members are taking full advantage of the cost-saving benefits
offered. In order to facilitate maximizing all members' Return
on Investment (ROI), the WWRE designed the Member Adoption Program
(MAP).
What is the MAP? It is an effort designed to help your organization
begin to achieve its own savings through:
- A package
of proven steps to develop, implement, and execute a successful
auction event;
- A roadmap
for the next series of auctions;
- A strategic
adoption plan for the next year; and
- Assured
success with the first event!
The MAP
effort is targeted at members who have either conducted a few
events or no events at all and need to develop a sustainable
process for continued auction usage. The MAP was developed from
member best practices. Key takeaways from the MAP visit will
include:
-
Completion
of a successful auction event
-
Development
of a streamlined process for executing auction event
-
Development
of an organizational plan for supporting auction usage
-
Selection
of the next 5 products to auction
-
Determination
of products to auction over the next 12 months
-
Creation
of "Key Performance Indicators" to measure your
company's results
