Desk Support
The WWRE Help Desk is available to all members and their suppliers
in an effort to continuously support all Exchange activities. Help
Desk support will:
- Be the single point of contact for all callers
- Solve access problems (e.g., login, user ID, password, etc.)
- Provide Exchange application support (e.g., "how to,"
navigation, etc.)
- Provide data transmission support
- Transfer issues to the proper support service area based on
the severity of the problem
All questions relating to internal business processes and company-specific
hardware and software will be referred to the member company's identified
contact person.
