HelpDesk Support
The WWRE Help Desk is available to all members and their suppliers in an effort to continuously support all Exchange activities. Help Desk support will:

  • Be the single point of contact for all callers
  • Solve access problems (e.g., login, user ID, password, etc.)
  • Provide Exchange application support (e.g., "how to," navigation, etc.)
  • Provide data transmission support
  • Transfer issues to the proper support service area based on the severity of the problem

All questions relating to internal business processes and company-specific hardware and software will be referred to the member company's identified contact person.

If you are experiencing issues contacting the Help Desk on one of the numbers listed above, please contact us directly by dialing our U.S. based Help Desk number (312)-706-3729 (As of Sunday, Jan. 22, this will be the new direct dial help desk phone #, although all of our existing US and Int'l numbers will still work via forwarding to that one.) **Please note that dialing this number will incur charges.** NEW: The WWRE Help Desk now accepts the reporting of issues and questions for the Help Desk via e-mail. Please note that if you are experiencing a critical issue (Severity 1) that requires immediate action, please call the Help Desk for assistance instead of sending an email. While we respond to email requests as quickly as possible, a phone call ensures immediate contact with a Help Desk representative and provides the fastest response in emergency situations.
