is charged with creating value-added alliances and partnerships to complement
the WWRE's own hosted applications. Generally, if the WWRE membership identifies
a need or gap that is not covered by one of the WWRE's own applications or
services, the Alliances group will seek to form a partnership with a best-of-breed
provider.
